Pee... pee everywhere

My lovely little dog has recently got into the habit of peeing overnight... every single night.

He's stayed at my parents and is dry all night, come back home and pees again. I have tried walking last thing, waking and letting him out in the middle of the night, deep clean in the room to get rid of any smells, taking his water away an hour before bed and had a trip to the vets to make sure there are no underlying issues. But sure enough, every morning there is pee, sometimes it is the tiniest amount, almost like he has forced it out.

Any advice or help to tackle this?

Vet check.

You need to rule out physical reasons and there are many as to why a dog may wee more than usual.

How old is he? Where does he sleep?
Bobster OP says dog has had a vet check.

What are you cleaning with?
Where does he sleep/where does he pee?

Already had a vet check and all clear there. He sleeps in kitchen/dining room, has a crate but it's left open overnight. He's just over 2, had the obvious accidents as a puppy but then was fine up until a month or so ago when it started.

I soak up with kitchen towel, then use disinfectant and hot water. Then I deep clean once a week with floor cleaner and steam mop. He always pees in the kitchen but it's not always in the same place Sad

You need an enzyme cleaner I reckon

Also may be worth shutting the crate if there’s no medical reason for the peeing
And you’re sure he can hold it overnight/knows to let you know if he needs to go out

Do you think he’s stressed maybe? Has anything changed?

If he didn’t pee when with your parents then what’s different? Does he sleep with them?
Could you sleep in the same room for a week? You’d hear him get up and could get him out to the garden.
