Does anyone know anything about these other than the website?

My instinct tells me to steer clear...opinions?

It's a puppy farm. That tells you all that you need to know.

Your instinct would be correct. It’s a puppy farm.

Steer clear. If you are looking for a dog then try a rescue centre they will be full of dogs needing forever homes at this time of year as people still don’t get the message that dogs aren’t for Christmas!

Very obvious puppy farm/broker, which has been known about for a while. They stock a large variety of both pedigree and crossbreed pups - run a mile from any place that specialises in more than 1-2 breeds at a time and bills itself as a 'pet shop'. Have a look at the 'Your Stories' section on Puppy Love Campaigns, people have purchased very poorly puppies from Douglas Hall with congenital defects, illness and behavioural issues.

Steer clear, this place is a hell hole.

Thanks for confirming everyone. I'd never heard of it and my little brother has just come back from there after paying £2 to pet the puppies. I honestly thought he was lying to me as a weird joke. I just wanted to show him other options because he thinks I'm bonkers and they are registered so must be legit Hmm

Neither me or my brother are looking for a dog. But I am actually quite knowledgeable about doggos. My stupid brother will now be receiving a lesson on puppy farms/rescue centres/ responsible breeders/the KC

The 'petting' experiences DHK offers is horrendous. Puppies are not petting zoo attractions! I've seen some of the recorded footage from that place and the puppies are terrified as people back them up into the corners of the pens to grab them to take selfies with. Puppies have been dropped/mishandled by people who go there and treat them like toys.

Yes, your instinct is 100% correct.

Like Kelly's Kennels, they are a puppy farm.
