Anyone identify this rash?

DDog has developed a rash.... photo attached.

A couple of years ago we had a lot of trouble with a skin problem but it turned out she was allergic to dust mites. That rash presented differently (angry and red) and we've moved house now away from thick pile old carpets which I think were a huge part of problem.

Anyhoo, noticed this today. She seems pretty Lethargic actually and didn't eat her breakfast today which I wonder if it has anything to do with it?

Will call vets tomo to see if I can get an appointment but just wondering if anyone had an idea what it could be?

Looks like bites or an allergy to me, but I am not a vet
