Behaviourist in the NW?

Anyone know of any?
My vet recommended one about an hour away, but I know someone who went and had a bad experience, so it doesn’t sound right.
My 4 yr old cockerpoo is getting anxious around certain other dogs and snarling.
And terrible separation anxiety from me.
And v territorial about his garden, barking at birds, the wind!
He’s absolutely fine if he’s off lead and other dog is off lead. If he doesn’t like them he’ll just give them a wide berth.

There are more general trainers but they could help depending on the depth of the problem can you give a more specific location so to get someone more local to you- I understand if you do not want
