Help with dog sneezing.

I would appreciate any advice on the situation. I have a 7yr old female Llasa x Yorkie and for the last couple of months she has been sneezing and trying to clear her nose. She is very snotty out of one nostril and it sounds like it is running down the back of her throat as she makes strange sounds as though trying to clear it.

We have have taken to vets, she had one course of antibiotics to no affect (mucus is clear). Went is yesterday for xrays, no lumps tumours but her nostril was inflamed. Had her nose flushed and sent home with more antibiotics and anti inflammatory. Has anyone experienced anything similar.
