Confused she doesn't usually pee on her bed. Is doing really well at going wee-wees outside.

Any chance this is her heading towards her first season? She's 6 months old next week.

She was chewing a toy (relaxedly, not excitedly) on her bed and then just straddled her bed, peed, then licked it after.

I've run a cloth over her Vulva and no blood

(Vulva just auto corrected to Vulcans- which was very funny Grin)

You witnessed the event

Did you scold her?

No, never. We don't do that at all. She was out for a wee only half an hour ago, happily.

She seems quite thirsty too. We switched her to raw food at lunchtime and she's drunk more water today (that was before the raw switch this morning though, definitely increased water drinking)

AndShesGone

Unrelated to the raw feeding

This warrants a visit to the vet

Our 11mnth old bitch started peeing/marking a few weeks before she came into first season over Xmas. She was very early with house training and if she had an accident it was always by the door. But she had a couple of small pees on DS bed and in her crate in the car. This was out of character.
During her season she had lots of small pees rather than emptying her bladder when she went out. She has been very easy to deal with during her season, very quiet and a lot less bouncy. She has returned to her normal self over the last couple of days though.

I'd be thinking UTI with her being thirsty with the peeing.
