Ankle biting chihuahua

Hi all!
First post in this topic area so be friendly
I have a 9 month old chihuahua who is a rescue got him at 4 months previously rehomed but brought back and wasn't given circumstances as to why just be had to be rehomed with another dog and no children.
DD is a weekly boarder at boarding school she's 17 we have a pug to she gets on well with the pug no issues
However the chihuahua constantly barks at her and corners her and runs after her and when she leaves the house he bites her so hard she has drawn blood twice. And other times he will go and sit with her and lick her. Sometimes he'll sleep with her. But Hes always barking at her especially when she's touching her belongings not his. He's not like this with anyone else
Any ways I can deal with this?
