Doesn't seem Ill. Ate breakfast normally. It's not hot today. He looks ok but is lying around panting.

Any ideas? Vet?

His nose feels warm. But not sure how warm it usually is.

Is he trembling at all? How is he in himself?

Panting can be a sign of pain so if it's unusual for him then I'd probably get him checked over just to be on the safe side.

Seems fine. He's extra itchy and moulting like crazy. Got vet appointment for this evening.

Panting and excessive shedding and scratching with no actual sign of irritation can all be signs of stress.
If he was in pain, you might see the above too.

Good job he has a vet appointment I think, hope all goes well.

Hopefully your vet will be able to sort out the issue for you all.

Did your dog hurt its leg/paw/elbow/shoulder recently? Could be the sign of ligament damage or internal joints rubbing off one another. Hopefully I'm wrong but come back and let us know how you get on.

Like a child he perked up about 5 minutes before seeing the vet. Big hairy git.

Delighted to read your update. Did you keep the appointment though?

I did. And looked like a overprotective dog mum.
