Morphine come down

Sorry to start another thread but I was just wanting to know what your experience was of your pets after taking morphine or opiates.

My girl was given morphine on Sunday evening and during the day on Monday, she is still acting a bit strange, whiny, pacing and not settling. Is this normal 'come down' behaviour? I don't want to rush her back to the vets if this is from the drugs
