or that's what I would assume in a human. Sneezing constantly, losing voice save when it comes to barking at postman, cough.
Nose mid way between cold and wet and dry and hot iyswim.
Wants constant cuddling.

Treatment? Chicken broth as opposed to hot toddy? Chicken and rice? What about walkies outside.

Never known him sneeze so much.

Kennel cough maybe? Like a long, hacking wheezy cough.

Sounds like kennel cough to me too. Let him rest, on lead walks only so he can neither infect other dogs or over-exert himself. If it is KC the vet will prescribe anti-biotics.

Yes, the cough sounds kennel coughy, he's had it before. But he's never sneezed so much before.

Doesn't kennel cough normally wear itself out? ( completely agree about lead only and not infecting others, btw).

Sneezing not necessarily kennel cough several other things spring to mind so should be seen by a vet.
Kennel cough is mostly a viral infection so unless there is evidence of secondary bacterial infection prescribing antibiotics is inappropriate and against best practice.

Vet visit really. Will prob give antibiotics. They did for ours when she was doing a lot of backward sneezing. We were told to keep up with walks as they still need exercise but to avoid nose to nose with other dogs. She was much better within a couple of days.

Thanks, will head to vet Friday if still going.

Googled and saw keep liquid in them. Had just made chicken stew(no salt, no flour, ) and thought aha, chicken soup.. If good for humans, might work for dogs. Immediate though partial improvement.
