Which Millie's Wolfheart?

I have a 16 week old golden retriever puppy - so far we have been feeding him Lily's Kitchen, which I was initially very happy with, but his poos have become quite soft and tricky to pick up (formed, but sticky, lots of residue left on grass and we are pulling up half the lawn trying to eliminate it - we have quite little dc). I am wondering whether it may be worth a switch in food? I am only interested in grain free foods, so options are limited! I find the Mille's Wolfheart website a bit mind blowing - which is the best food for puppies?

As an aside, we are mainly using cheese as his training treats, as nothing else motivates him like it - possibly this is causing the softer poos?

Go to the whataboutdogfood website, enter your pups details like weight, age etc. and it will bring up a list of the best for him. My family dogs are each on a different type of Wolfheart! And they're all doing good on it.

The most common cause of loose stools is over feeding...I'd try cutting down a bit before changing foods.

I think you mean All About Dog Food. It's a really good website with lots of information about the content and make up and it also rates each food out of five which is easy to follow. I've heard very good things about MW and am switching my new puppy to it too.
