Is my dog bored?

Alandog as some may remember, is very fearful and nervous. Se is now 1 and I also think she's going through the second ( or third) fear stage as she seems more skittish than usual recently.
We have just started her on a doggy walk bus ( where they pick her up Ian van with other dogs and spend the day on walks) this is supposed to help with her dog socialisation skills. She also has been spending a day every two weeks overnight in the kennels we are using when we go on hol. So she gets used to it.

Sorry, I hope telling you all this helps you with our problem. The problem is she now seems very scared of normal stuff in the house. Like when putting a lead on, she rolls on her back or hides in her crate. If I wait for her to sit ( like she did before) or if I start asking her to sit, she starts shaking and weesSad

She seems to want to spend all day in her crate ( door is always open) as if she is scared we are going to make her go out for a walk or something else)

She is also scared now, of going into the garden in case next door dog is outside. We have been training her not to be territorial with it as they used to lunge and bark and have drew blood trying to get at each other. S now even though its age and they can't reach each other, she's too scared to go out in case it's there!

I have tried tempting her out of her crate with treats ( all ignored) if I get her out she eats/ drinks then runs back in. I really don't know what to do or what she is scared of?

Please give me some ideas?

Just to add, the dog walking person is also our puppy trainer and he thinks she is much better on the walks now, not as nervous or scared. So I think this is helping somewhat.

Has a behaviourist advised this? I'd be worried about sending a timid dog for days away with other dogs and people. Wouldn't it make her even more scared?

Yes, we have done our bronze training with this behaviourist and she has been out to assess our dog. She thought the walks would help. It has been built up over a few weeks. I.e. in van at front, then moved to back, malls alone with walker and now with another calm dog on leads. They are gone from 9 until 4 once a week.

Are we doing too much? We've had our dog since a pup and she has always been fear aggressive. We did nothing for 6 months to help her get used to us, then did our bronze, which she enjoyed. But seems to have got worse recently Hmm

Is the behaviourist an APBC one? I ask because this dog bus sounds like it's flooding her which can make fear reactive dogs worse.

Probably not the case, but just a thought, is it possible she's not feeling too well. I've had this kind of behaviour with my dog, generally a pretty confident young lady, and it's always preceded some kind of illness.

Not wanting to go for walks is a very obvious sign for my dog that she's not feeling well. She'll pull away from the front door and try to hide to get out of going out; normally she can't get out the house fast enough.
