I was distracted when the veterinary nurse was telling me the instructions yesterday (manic 5 year old and 2 year old where in tow...) and also worried about our lovely puppy - which means I have completely forgotten what she told me!

14 week puppy has to have some x-rays tomorrow - we need to drop her off at 8am. Would the nurse have said no food after 7pm tonight or midnight?

And also, I didn't ask about water (was STILL being distracted by same children!!) - would the last water be at the same time too?

I am hoping that the instructions would be fairly standard and someone will be easily able to tell me them! Of course, if there is any doubt then I'm just going to have to go with what I'm told but run the risk that we may not have followed the right instructions. Hope not - poor pup :-(

Thanks in advance for anyone who can help. (I'm in the middle of a sunday lunch so won't be back for a bit in case anyone helps and then thinks I am ignoring them.)

Our instructions are no food after 8, water ok until first thing in the morning. As long as he doesn't eat any food in the am it will be fine. Good luck!

It is usually last meal evening before (our instructions are 9pm) - no breakfast on day - but water also available but take it up in the morning.

Hope all goes well .
