Our Thornton has woken with puffy eyes today. I have checked for seeds and theres nothing there. We were over the fields yesterday with his normal doggy friends but a new little one, didnt like him much and went for his face a few times when he went too near (Im not talking about a full attack, mor eof a nip to tell him to back off). I have bathed them, but do I take him to vet? Im stuck in house with DD2 who has chicken poxs, so going to be hard to get to vets at all.

Going to sound really nuts but my dog gets hayfever... if he whomps through certain types of undergrowth since the weather heated up he comes out with irritated eyes (like they're itchy and it's annoying to keep them open but he can do if there's food available) that puff up slightly, and itchy as hell judging by the wave your nuts in the air backscratch aerobic session he does after.

Sadly the undergrowth where it sets him off - is the same undergrowth where the bunnies hop free so there's fuck all stopping him from going back in there. First couple of times we got really worried at the eye thing, rang the vets to book appointments and it cleared up overnight so now we're adopting an "it's your own stupid fault you silly canine" approach.
