Have you seen the news about the Tory MP who has told he can't take his dog to work with him any more and is fighting the prohibition?

Wouldn't it be fun to have your dog a work with you?

I work from home and so take my dogs to work with me every day Grin. Although they're actually very distracting colleagues and make a mess at the water fountain. And demand too many snack breaks. And manage to stretch lunch out to 90 mins most days. But other than that...

I love the image of the Airedale looking up lovingly at Ed Miliband.

One of my lecturers at Uni used to bring her dog to work, he would trot behind her into the lecture hall and flop on the floor and sleep (and snore)....it was quite cute. I tried to encourage dp to take our hound to work, but he is far too distracting.

One of the big advantages of being a vet is being able to take your dog/s to work. Some days we have more staff dogs than patients! Mine have seen so many anaesthetics administered that I reckon they'd know how to do it, if only they had hands.

My sisters office allows dogs. She says most of her meetings are 60% work, 40% dog play!
She claims they don't fart though which would be my main concern.

MuttDog comes to work with me every day and it's great. My boss sometimes brings all 4 of hers as well. Many a time we have had more dogs than humans!

Aaaahhh one of our local MPs has a Staffie who goes out on the Campaign Trail with him.
My DS was delighted to have the dog say' hello' to him ,I bent down to say hello( Got permission first) and found myself looking into a very large staffie smile mouth with a hell of a lot of teeth. Lovely boy!!
