pixellating on tv -is E4 really bad on your tv?

Recently had problems with digital bbc1, 2,3 cbbc and news24 and Sky 3 via freeview. Occasionally it is fine but more often signal quality is too poor to get a picture - I blame the tall trees across the road and wet/windy weather !
