she really is a piece of work isn't she the 14 year old. Lydia is coming across as just a brat who needs some boundaries and thinks she knows it all.

and that poor other girl, an abortion at 19 weeks at 14years old. She clearly needs some extra help to deal with this

They are quite unbearable to watch.

I felt sorry for the one who went to Bristol though, she looked so upset after the other girl said she couldn't do that.

yeah, feel sorry for Chantelle - definitely needs help about the termination

Lydia needs a parent to lay down some rules IMO! I'd get hit if I told my mum to fuck off! (hit more than once if I did it infront of my grandmother!)

Report
Katz · 16/07/2009 21:33

think chantelle just needs hlpe coming to terms with her termination,

isn't she ...

I remember wanting a baby around her age, so I volunteered in a creche and got my fix on that basis! There are ways and means to deal with the feelings, which I'm sure are somewhat normal... not just to leap on a cock and hope for a bump, like she seems to want

i wasnt thinking of babies at 14, just about who i was sitting next to at lunch, cinema, dancing and having a giggle.

Lydia's mum just seems totally out of her depth with the whole mum role

omg I thought she was the baby she had at 17! poor woman, i think they both need some councelling

Report
Alambil · 16/07/2009 21:49

so did I - poor pair such a lot of guilt and grief for both of them to deal with

I think Lydia will choose to have a baby through sheer stubborness!

Katz · 16/07/2009 21:50

lewis - yep, although she'll have to find a dad.

i would have made them watch a labour! Could just slap lydia

Report
Katz · 16/07/2009 21:51

lisa - that would have been more productive than holding a new born baby

yes, totally watch a labour!! of course newborns are cute - they all are when they're ASLEEP!!

@ lydia - I honestly thought she was going to go through with it for the rebellion rather than anything else
