help im lost on lost iyswim

ok so im a bit behind .i treated myself to lost season 3 recently watched every one and loved it .havent got sky one so where are we up to now.
last i saw was they were about to get rescued

At the start of the season, they met someone who flew down on a parachute from a helicopter. She said that she was there to rescue them, and that there were more of them in the chopper which went down on the island. Turns out they were from a freighter ship off the coast of the island, and the team has not so good motives for being on the island. They are working for Charles Widmore who is after Ben in some sort of smackdown for who "owns" the island....boys..Ben claims that once they have him, they will kill everyone on the island but no-one knows if this is true or he is manipulating the losties to get their help. Some of the helicopter peeps are good characters, some are really bloody annoying.

Charlie really does die, and Locke leads a rebel group off to the old others camp in the houses, with Sawyer, Hurley, useless Claire and Turnip-Head. Kate stays with Jack. We later learn that Kate is not pregnant, and that Sun has only a few weeks to get off the island before she is supposed to die like all the pregnant ladies on the island before her.

In a Sun and Jin fastforward, we see Sun makes it off the island, but that Jin is either dead or still on the island but no-one's allowed to talk about it. Sayeed, Hurley, Jack and Kate, with Aaron along for the ride also make it off the island. It is implied that there might still be people on the island but there seems to be a cover up in place. Most of the losties seem to be either in cahoots or working for Ben in some way off the island as he is there as well.

Off the island, post escape/rescue/swim for freedom, Kate's trial happens and she is cleared of most stuff basically, she can't leave the state but no prison. Turns out that there is some meeja story about the plane crashing in the sea, most people drowning and Kate saving people's lives. We discover that Jack loves her but something is holding him back, and that Kate is telling the world that Aaron is her son. Evidently Claire was so dull, even the people who crashed on the plane with her forgot she existed.

We saw that Juliet was having an affair with Goodwin, the Other that Anna-Lucia killed. He was married to someone else.

Sayeed is working for Ben in the future, seemingly killing off all of Charles Widmore's employees and Ben is blackmailing Sayeed with something, possibly the survival of those left on the island.

There's a epic story about Desmond and Penny, when Des and Sayeed make the trip to the freighter ship in the crashed chopper. des suffers from some sort of time distortion sickness due to the magnetism surrounding the island (or something) and following a long drawn out and very sciency story about constants, mind time travel and crap, he communicates with Penny and she knows that he is still alive and Des is okay. That is a VERY bad explanation, but it's just about impossible to explain it properly.

Aside from all that, we also basically see that Ben is evil, all controlling and wonderfully played as a character.
