Sky Plus help please - messed up recording final Brothers & Sisters!!

I've recorded last episode of B&S but somehow managed to make it a 'copy' which has something to do with recording on to video/DVD. not sure how I did this (previous episode recorded OK) and just want to watch it! Is there any way of turning it into normal recorded programme or do I have to do something with video?? Typically it would be the last episode. Can't find if it is on again on C4/E4.

PS is it sky plus, or virgin? Virgin does alot of shows on their "TV on demand"
