There's a section at the beginning where they visit a Birmingham nursery achool "specialising in helping black children" and the nursery leader and DH seem to be saying that black children are innately differently behaved to white children. At first they seemed to be saying this was cultural but then I wasn't sure quite what they were saying.

I'm a bit bemused but I'll come back when I've seen all of it. In fact, I might try to find time for a second viewing.
