Eva found out that Aiden had been cheating with Maria, so she planned to get revenge by letting him believe she was pregnant, and by spending all his money, she got Adam involved, can't quite remember how, but he got some dodgy blokes to steal everything from the factory (including the roof??).

Rita kept forgetting stuff and thought she had dementia but turns out it's a brain tumour.

Phelan didn't kill Gavin/Andy as we assumed, he's actually had him locked in a basement all this time, was going to let him go and drive him to France but then didn't.

Michelle is being stalked by Will, who I think she was planning a wedding or something for ages ago, he drugged her and put her in the boot of a car, she found photos of herself in his house and that's how she realised it was him.

Mary and Norris got married for a competition.

Some shit about Sally and Kirk running against each other for Mayor.

Gary has gone to 'foreign parts' and got injured - he did it for the money
Nicola is Phelan's long lost daughter
Peter and Toyah own the Rovers and are going down a surrogacy route

Gosh, I stopped watching about two years ago (after 30 or so years). Around the time Steve and Leanne had a baby and Michelle dumped Steve.

I'm reading this struggling to think who some of these people are. The name Clayton rings a bell but can't place him. Mary has a son? How did Peter and Toyah end up with the pub?

@oncewaswho Clayton was the boy who killed Kylie.
Mary was attacked and had a baby she had to give up for adoption when she was younger, it only came out last year. Gemma put a post online to try to find him, they did and he lives in South Africa with his family.
I can’t really remember how Peter/Toyah ended up with the pub. Steve had to sell it because of his divorce and they ended up with it somehow!

It is a shame, it was my favourite show for years and years. It's pretty well unwatchable now (I do try occasionally). Captainhammer - I had stopped watching regularly by the time Kylie died I think, I get the gist of what's going on from reading the covers of magazines at supermarket checkouts but can't keep up. I don't know how the scriptwriters keep track of who is related to who they have all shagged so many people. Surely there can't be anyone who isn't in some way related to Ken?
