I've only just got around to watching Room at the Top. I wish I hadn't bothered.

I was really looking forward to it. Loved the costumes and how the era was captured. Appart from the wonderful Maxine Oeake I thought the acting was wooden and, don't get me started on the ending.

Am I just abit daft as I know the critics loved it.
