Doctors question about Jimmy's ex Eva

I've only got into Doctors over the last 4 months or so and am HOOKED

Does anyone know the story line about Jimmy's ex Eva and why is the policeman husband of receptionist woman involved? And why is it stopping Cherry and Jimmy buying a house?

IRRC: Eva was a policewoman who went undercover. She's now been given a secret identity. The house is hers (& possibly Jimmy's??) he can't sell it as it belongs to her. The husband of the receptionist is a copper who knows about Eva. Clear as mud?

I think he does, she had a miscarriage before she went undercover. I think it was a dangerous job so she now has a new identity (witness protection thing going on)

Can I just elaborate a little?

Eva is supposed to be dead. She was working undercover, and got shot so everyone thought she died. Jimmi discovered she wasn't really dead so they got to say an emotional farewell before she went into witness protection. Only PC Rob and Julia know about it.

Jimmi can't sell the house as it is in his and Eva's names....although I would think that as Eva is legally dead it would of gone to him anyway.

Can't be doing with Imogen. Or Mrs Tembe.... Cannot bloody abide Mrs Tembe.

agree almighty Mrs Tembe just gets to me and I wish she would be written out.Afraid if I worked with her it could come to blows,same goes for Immie. bin the two of them

Thank you Monkey Chicken, am so hooked on Drs and have been wondering about Eva and if she will come back.

Don't suppose you could tell us if Zara gets her wish to have a baby as we adore Zara in this house, in fact after tea each night we sit down as a family to watch Drs (how sad) my youngest DD adores Zara and my DS likes Dr Jimmy as we call him.

Please tell your DH what a fab programme it is.
