So dd has started going to the gym and there are a few pieces of equipment (monkey bars, pull up bars, rowers, etc.etc) that give her blister pa whjhc reduce the amount she is able to do and cause her to stop early. I was wondering if any one has any (not too expensive) recommendations that we could buy for her?
I’ve looked on amazon... would something like this be good www.amazon.co.uk/Training-Support-Protection-Breathable-Fitness/dp/B07CMP4QJ2/ref=pd_rhf_schuc_s_cr_simh_0_4/257-8902084-9290045?pf_rd_p=d28564e3-4a06-4327-b297-9589b9095266&th=1%3F&_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_wg=lNI0q&pf_rd_r=HYYA5CVWP2J8V0Y9W6QF&pd_rd_i=B07CMN1HR8&pd_rd_w=bDf1g&refRID=HYYA5CVWP2J8V0Y9W6QF&pd_rd_r=6c7143ee-b9b6-4b00-af0f-dfe6fd79829b&tag=mumsnet&ascsubtag=mnforum-21 Or anyone else tried out any good ones?
I don’t want her to get bored and quit. I know that you’re supposed to let your hands strengthen but I honestly think gloves would help her the most so she doesn’t give up.
Thanks guys!!!!
