14 year old daughter always in trouble in school

I am after some advice about my daughter. she's 14 turning 15 in a week. comes from a happy stable home. Her father and I are still together and no issues there. She sees that we both have to work hard to get enough money to go on holidays and do fun stuff so she isn't crazy spoilt. But since the age of 11 she has constantly been in trouble in school. Her school friends have been the same since she was in nursery and they don't seem to get in trouble in school. she will be nice to the teachers she likes but play up for the ones she doesn't. she has sworn at them, walked out of the class, gone on her phone after they tell her not to. I have grounded her, taken her phone off her and stopped her going to parties when there have been incidents in school. I don't know what else to do. the only time she behaves is when she is put on report but she says that she wouldn't mind staying on report! I don't know if its an image thing?. Her younger brother has ADHD and Asperger's so I thought that she may be playing up for more attention. she openly admits she is jealous of him. this is why I make an effort to spend time with her. I'm the mother that taxi's her and her friends about and listens to her gossip or the issues going on in her friends lives too. she is horrible to her brother will never stick up for him. she once stood by and watched him get beaten up and he defends her always. All my family moan to us about her attitude yet they always give her what she wants if I don't. When I've told them this isn't helping it falls on deaf ears and nothing changes. To top this situation off she now has a boyfriend who is almost 2 years older than her and expects me to take her to see him or taxi him about too. I've tried being the nice mam the nasty mam the mam that holds her tongue and the crazy shouting mam. I was no angel and I know what young girls get up to and how they act in front of friends but I never had the school on my mothers back and even though I found school hard I put the effort in to get my gcse's. she has no interest in getting hers and because of her bad behaviour is doing mostly btec's and not even putting the effort in there. her teachers say she is so capable. Any advise from anyone who has been in my situation would be greatly appreciated. I really don't know how to go about this last incident that happened today in school. They rang my husband in work and he could hear her shouting in the back ground. Saying all this though she has lots of friends and my friends can't believe the things I tell them about how she acts in school because she's always so funny and nice to them. Very selective as to who she plays up for.

Has she ever been assessed for ASD and ADHD? If not, I think it's worth considering.

no she hasn't and they do say that girls hide it well.

I think it might be worth doing some reading up on how it affects girls and talk to her about getting an assessment.
