He has got his Gf pregnant Sad

She has been taken in to hospital as when they went for the 2nd appointment at the clinic to be refered for a termination they couldn't find the embryo and are concerned about eptopic pregnancy.

They have made the decision to terminate, it just seems so unfair that she has to go through all these tests and scans to check things are normal when they aren't going to keep it anyway.

Just wanted to vent really, thanks.

I'm sorry - there's nothing I can say except that I can only begin to imagine how this might be. :-(

So many of us must be thinking 'there but for the grace of God (or whoever)'. Easy said, but try not to worry, and hope they've learned not to take risks.

Thankyou.

She was discharged yesterday as they now think the pregnancy is just very early, She now has to wait another 2 weeks before starting the whole appoinment process again.

I just feel so much for them as I know exactly how they are feeling, I had Ds when I was only 16 myself. I've always made it clear to him the need to be careful, but apparantly she is on the pill. The clinic have discussed maybe trying the implant or coil when this is over.

You just never want your kids to have to make such a decision. Sad

Must be hard for them and for you, but at least you can talk to them from a position of knowledge, and that must be a huge help.

Hope the next two weeks aren't too tough for you all.

Good that he feels he can come to you about it, that says a lot about you parenting and you've clearly got a good relationship with him :)
