This is on the right side mid belly (I'm looking at tiny claws that look like front paws )

Is it raised like a scab?
Is it a smooth rounded bump like a growth?
Scabby looking but dry ? Could be ringworm?
Is there hair but short/broken off ? Do you have a piggie cage mate ? Could be barbering ( gnawing off the fur)
Mite infestation though that tends to be on the rump and she'd be scratching .
Fungal?
Injury or foreign body ? A tick (especially if other pets like cats or dogs are in the house and might have brought one in , though it's late in the year )

It looks fairly big and if it's a new thing it suggests an injury .

Vet check would be best to rule things out .

They are a worry when they're ill Sad

It looks like an abscess to me but I'm going by rats not guinea pigs. If that was on one of my rats I'd presume abscess that has popped and scabbed over.

It looks like a tumour. Most are epithelioma or hair follicle tumours which are benign but can grow to a large size. However some can be malignant so it's always worth taking your pet to the vet to have any new lumps or bumps checked. From a vets point of view the sooner we know about something the sooner we can do something about it.
