Christening outfit for next week

Please help we have been invited to a christening a week on Sunday and I have nothing to wear, I have a "christening dress" but its much to summery, plus I am BF and this dress is not suitable.

I don't even know where to start looking. I don't have a price in mind but definitely not a huge budget, I think my post pregnancy body looks better in a skirt, I have decent legs hips and arms large chest and horrid fat tummy, 5ft 2 please help me...

could you pull off that Englishy ladylike look? Tweedy pencil skirt with cashmere cardigan sort of thing? would draw attention to your good legs and hips, and the cari would allow BF access and coverage...

any age, this season. It's an A/W 09 'trend' But hey ho, how old are you and what's your usual cup of clothing tea?

im 23, and no longer have a clue what my usual cup of tea is , I kind of lost my way with clothes when dd1 was born. Before her i was quite high fashion, always had new clothes etc. When money got tight i ended up in jeans and t-shirts all the time.

when pregnant with dd2 i threw out all my non maternity clothes so have had to buy new since she was born and have been living in skinny jeans with various fashion tops/vests. Unfortunately not really suitable for a christening

i have loads of shoes, i have nice purple shoe boots, guess they would prob look best with trousers though.

I have black and cream peep toe shoes, black kitten heel pointed toe shoes

i dont have a huge budget which is prob why im finding this so difficult. if i found something perfect I could prob stretch it a bit further

i think im also finding it hard as ideally would like something i could wear again but anything i have liked i think is probably a little casual for a christening
