Figure hugging dress that ALMOST fits

I'm off to a wedding next month and I would love to wear the dress with thick black tights, knee boots and a black tailored jacket.

It's fuschia pink, (like the Madonna one in Material Girl) and a bit shiny, strapless, knee length and sounds hideous doesn't it! but it will look nice I think.

I was very surprised that it fitted (more like gobsmacked ) but it is very very stretchy.

What kind of underwear would keep my mumtum under control? Jacket will hide a lot of tum though...
