Took delivery of lovely soft chocolate cord skirt on Friday.

This morning's post brought a letter saying we apologise your skirt is out of stock hope you can wait 8 weeks many thanks lots of love Johnnie.

And I have just received an email saying my skirt has been dispatched and will be with me soon.

Boden can be pants about this sort of thing. I have had had similar. My only dilemma was whether I told them of their foolishness or returned item and got a refund....

Well is no skin off my nose as got skirt before anything just seems bit blardy inefficient on their part.
