Why do I appear to be going through a second puberty?

My skin is awful. I look like a 15 year old - though that may be mean to 15 year olds!
I haven't changed my make up or routine, but my skin is awful - what to do?!

I have the same thing. I am 31 and I have spots on my chin like I had when I was 14.

oh okay, not menopausal just yet then. It's tricky...what cleanser are you using? Are you maybe doing too much to your face and it's over producing?

It is years since I've had a spot. Very annoying.

Is that a sigh of being menopausal?

I use Lush's "Coal Face" on my face and steer away from any other clensers etc as I find they irritate my skin (I had an allergic reaction to simple!)
Makeup wise, I use a bit of foundation and power, and thats about it on my skin. I'm fairly low maintenance

Simple brought me out in a terrible rash too.

I'm 45 and now find myself really thrilled by an angry, yellow pluke. It makes me feel all hormonal and alive and tbh the squeezing is a welcome diversion from plucking hairs from my chin.

so - what to do about my skin? I'm def not pregnant, hopefully not in menopause, just look like a dot to dot!

Dr Hauschka's rose cream.

Or Lancome do a cream called Nutrix which is mildly antiseptic and soothing. Worth a try?

hmmm - random question, would a course of antibiotics make me look like a dot to dot or am I clutching at straws?

Move to a hot-cloth cleanser like Eve Lom - discovered this for pregnancy skin and it works. Can't affort it any more, so I make my own version. Also google oil cleanse method - similar principle, some people say wonderful results.
