Is that when they pull out the hairs with pieces of thread (?)

I agree, I always get mine threaded if the option is available.

I don't think it's as unpleasant as the sensation of being waxed either.

How much more painful is it than waxing. My mate knows a threader who does it for £8. Don't find waxing that painful btw.

well my eyebrows were a mess, so maybe why it hurt quite a bit

she was doing each one for about 10 mins

she was saying that you get a much straighter line because they can pull out a whole line at once

I live in deepest darkest essex and it is v difficult to stop them from waxing your brows to nothing at all as seems to be the fashion around here, but the threading has left a really nice shape and arch

aGal - were you the poster who got burnt by wax? If so, how are you?

I think my local Debenhams does threading but you can't book appointments which is a pain.

You need to find an asian beauty parlour - I get mine threaded for £3.50!

If anyone is in Whitechapel I can heartily recommend the Afreen Beauty Parlour. Best eyebrows I've ever had, for £4.00!! Well, a fiver with the tip.

I would love to get that done but in Debenhams they seem to have you sitting in the middle of the shop floor? I wouldnt fancy everyone gawping at me
