Please, please, please give me your words of wisdom!

I think I can get away with black trousers (already got), a big belt, either a jacket or a shirt (green, brown or blue?) and a hat.

Is there anywhere on the high street selling cheap belts or 'chunky', pocketed shirts?

As for the hat ..... what?

Oh, and did I mention the budget? No, ah well, probably best not to mention that it is unrealistically small!
