Stupidly bought gorge new smart crops in a size 10(wishful thinking) brought them home , tried them on and whadya think???? TO BLOODY SMALL and where does this story go I hear you ask??????? Well NO 12s in stock (what a surprise),so store says call customer services theyll do a stock search and then transfer to nearest store. Ok so phone CS , "sorry madame we dont do that, store has got it wrong, they do have them in Manchester though for you to buy, but you cant order them over phone and no transfer," , I say , "but I live in north LONDON NOT NORTH ENGLAND" and so she goes on & on, "theyre not insured to do it and they cant cope what with selling on shop floor and blah blah blah, its not our policy blah blah blah. I said its not very good customer service and now Im inclined to take a whole outfit back, (throw in a threat to make you feel better!!)so they loose a larger sale, the response is "sorry madame we cant help you with your query today good bye!!! PMSL, Like robots they are. GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR I LOVE my new trews, but I bulge out the top . Think ill wear them anyway !!

Ohh if only life was just about these silly fashion problems eh !!!!

Same here expatinscotland. I've never felt a good vibe from top shop either, and should i ever decrease by 9 sizes i will go elsewhere!

I'm just impressd that you can fit into those clothes, melsy. I could probably get one leg into their largest trousers or jeans and that's about it - or one boob into their largest top.

I do go in there from time to time, however, to pick up on sale tshirts for my nieces back home.
