I want to do strictly come daning type of training.....

I need to exercise badly, but cannot get my self motivated. I have been eating pure crap for weeks..

I would love to have something to train for and aim towards. I HATE running so would not do a marathon.

I would love to do something like stictly come dancing or dancing on ice like a real intense tring programme to get my saggy body into shape real quick.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I do not have loads of money to spend on dance classes...

See if there is a Ceroc class near you lots of fun I used to do it before Ds and go to Fulham but friends old boyfirend turned up and .... long boring story

I did ceroc a few times in my youth (god that makes me sound and feel old) .... it was fun. Where are you "canpickyourfamily"?

Ceroc is a French take on Salsa. I met my DH at a salsa class... he can't dance mind you!
