Help! my best friend loves to wear spandex pants around in public, and she does not look so good in them.Also, you can see her underwear line and it makes her look like she has four butts. Should I tell her the spandex pants are not flattering?

spandex, narrow leg the kind you see at Amarican Apparel in bright colors. I feel if she if she likes them, then all the power to her. However, see has heads turning when she walks around in them, and not because she's sexy.

Spandex is the "generic" term for "Lycra" which is a copyrighted name, you can see spandex pants/ lycra leggings here: www.stretchwear.co.uk
