How are al you ladies that normally have Brazilian / Hollywood waxes all coping?? I bought a wax pot and got wax but it takes a few hours and still doesn't remove all the hair. With another 7 weeks or so to go I'm seriously eyeing up the razor yet I've not shaved down there for 20 years!!!

Any advice x

I’ve bought some Veet cream..... haven’t used it yet. I used to use it but it’s not as good as waxing.

Currently rocking a VERY full bush as I was due my four weekly appointment two days after lockdown so I’m going to use a trimmer first.

I got desperate and used Veet and then shaved but regretted it massively!

Not sure I can wax myself but things are looked bushy down there!

I just can’t wait to see my beautician 🙈😂
I can’t seem to manage to wax myself and I don’t want to shave so I’m just quite hairy 😏 it’s especially annoying because the weather is lovely and I want to get my legs out.

Annoyingly I was half way though a course of laser hair removal as well before lockdown so I really want to be able to continue that to get the full benefits.

I was also due when lockdown happened here on 10th March; I usually go every 5 weeks so it's been a while now! I did Veet around Easter time, which was fine, but I only left it on for 3-4 minutes instead of 5 and it burned the skin slightly at the top of my inner thigh. Also I didn't use the Veet to get a full Hollywood, more of a lazy Brazilian. Now it's growing back. I think I miss my waxing lady more than I miss most people and things! Sad Sad

Sadly I dont seem to get on with veet. shockingly I have been plucking with tweezers. It actually is ok and isnt painful. My long term thinking was more you pluck the less will grow back over time. I really dont think I'll be seeing a beautician in the next 6 weeks , then it will have been nearly 18 weeks!
