HELP ME FIND A 'MOTHER OF THE BRIDE OUTFIT' THAT DOESNT LOOK LIKE ITS FOR A PENSIONER!!

Its for my mum, sassy 40 year old, size 12

FANTASTIC legs - good c cup cleavage.

No reds (thats the bridesmaids colur & no pinks)

Also needs a jacket or something as its Dec 22nd wedding

samll budget of £120 (not including shoes/bag)

My mum had exactly the same problem. In the end she had something made. It cost a fortune! Including her hat and shoes it was the same amount as my wedding dress! Hope you have more luck.

Coast have some nice jackets & skirts... might be a bit pricey though.

She usually wears casual stuff ... jeans ect

but obviously as shes the MOTB she wants some thing special,

that dress is nice wurly - but a bit plain

I'd wait until the shops get a bit more winter occasion wear in stock. It's all a bit non-descript at the moment.

agree with chippy. I'd go for a pencil skirt to the knee and a fitted, short jacket. seems that the shops are making very elegant ones (kjackets) with nice necklines. very ladylike.
