Can you help me find a dress?

I am going to a wedding in May and I've been stuck in a style rut so have no idea what current dress styles are.

I'm 5ft 3, size 14 and busty, chubby round my middle, legs aren't bad. I hate my arms. Ideally I'd go for a shift dress with long sleeves - if anyone had recommendations of something like this I'd be forever grateful.

Wedding is of a close family member so photos will be around for years.......
