Jeans without polyester/nylon for chubby legs

My jeans are all giving up the ghost. They’re all quite old so come from the good old days when jeans were made from denim and weren’t hugely stretchy.

I’m really struggling to find polyester-free jeans that go on my chubby legs without gaping awfully over waist. My legs are probably a size 16 (proper size 16, not vanity sizing) where as my waist is more like a 12.

The jeans I’m replacing are size 12s from GAP and M&S but the legs probably stretched a bit with me as I’ve gone up a size since having DD.

Very stretchy jeans look appalling on me as they just show how out of proportionally bigger my legs are compared to the rest of me (upper body size 10).

Any ideas where I can find structured jeans for curvier legs that will hold things in a little rather than stretching and that are cotton without any polyester at all?

I'd try Gap because they have so many styles. I like Levi's and they do the curve jeans and do 100% cotton jeans.
If you are looking at Gap or M&S, their sizes tend to be generous.
It might be worth trying Tesco, Sainsbury's and Matalan.
