Hiya,

Flat chested petite woman looking for underwear to make me feel sexy. Any clue where to start???

I am finding they are suited to bigger chested lucky beggars and I look ridiculous.

Thanks!

Elle McPherson; maybe?

I have the opposite problem - E cup; they make lingerie look stupid a lot! I hope you find something you like.

Bralets are pretty for a smaller chest. I find the opposite to be honest- I used to wear nice lingerie pre-baby when I had small boobs; post-baby I'm a 36E and everything looks ridiculous. I think there is a lot more choice at the petite end!

Well it depends what you’re after really - super sheer or lacy is nice. You could even try something like the Bluebella Nova bra. Victoria’s Secret has loads of options. I think women with small chests can pull off more pretty and more elaborate designs, as you don’t really need the support that others might do, so you can get away with a lot of different styles (provided that you’re comfortable with your chest size). So go for options that aren’t basic, essentially, as this will look nicer. EG a bra with an intricate design from the back, rather than a basic strap. Demi and quarter cups are an option too.

If not, there are loads of padded bra options to give you a boost?

Personally I have a small chest and back, but I really like bralets. Don’t forget suspender belts/waspies too!

To be honest, I only really wear bras as part of a lingerie lookGrin I don’t really need a bra during the day as they’re small and perky so there’s no point!

Ann Summers and Victoria’s Secret would be a great place to start, definitely try on loads of different styles in store

Topshop (did) do good underwear for the more petite - sizing on bras came up quite small so fitted well. If you are looking for a bit of a boost I used to buy the 'cleavage boost' type bras that have padding (up to 2 cup sizes). Essentially the cup is pre-filled with the padding and your boobs kind of squash in at the top making it look like they are bigger and giving you cleavage. Boux Avenue were good too.
