Very skinny and self conscious. Help with summer clothing!

I have always been underweight but got food poisoning and now pretty gaunt. Slowly regaining but feel so unattractive in summer clothing. I hate my scrawny arms in particular.

Any suggestions?

I love floaty harem trousers.... any links / shop recs?

What about jumpsuits/playsuits? River island have a fair few that are loose fitting with flowy sleeves
