Quick! This is an skincare emergency of epic proportions

Well not an emergency exactly, more of a fantastic opportunity that will be gone in a flash if you people don’t agree to HELP me. And I can’t allow that to happen.

Name changed as this will out me but I am in Thailand for the next two days only and the pharmacies are FULL of Korean skincare and I am so overwhelmed by choice that I’ve come over all useless and indecisive and I can’t remember what I am supposed to want. Confused

What do I NEED? I am up to speed with the basics of a decent routine but I’m looking for recommendations for the shit hot products and brands (Anti ageing is the main requirement on my otherwise normal if dehydrated skin, with a few brown age spots rearing their ugly heads.) ShockSad

So far I’ve bought about eleventy billion snail slime mask things but they are cheap so no biggie if they don’t do much. Surely there must be some sort of holy grail elixir that is fabulously expensive and difficult to find at home that I can feel all jubilant about finding?

Standalone SPF I need - I’ve read botemp’s info sheet but is there a best brand to look for? One for beach use under the world’s biggest brimmed Fuck Off hat, channelling my inner Korean/Japanese woman and one lighter invisible type for use every day, alone or under make up. There are literally several dozen types here and I don’t know where to start.

Also I keep asking for prescription strength retinol / vit A and everyone looks back blankly at me.

You HAVE to help. I cannot return empty handed, it would be too tragic. At this rate I am going to end up doing some sort of desperate trolley dash on the last day and end up buying some duds.

If you have read bo's sheet then why aren't you posting this on the fantastic skincare thread? 🤔

Isn't Korean skincare all tested on animals? I would check that first.
