How long did it take to whiten your teeth?

I've got the gel & tray kit from my Dentist and paid a hefty £350 for the privilege. My Dentist said it could take anything from 2-6 weeks to get to the shade I want. I'm using the 6% stuff.

How long did it take to whiten your teeth if you used the same and did you get to the shade you wanted?

I've been using over 2 weeks now and my teeth definitely look a teeny bit less yellow but some look slightly opaque now rather than bright white 🤔

Sorry I can't help, but following with interest. I have invisalign clear braces which are exactly like the whitening trays and my orthodontist is giving me some Bleach syringes to use at the end of the process but we haven't talked about how long it takes. Do you use the whitening gel overnight? How does it feel?

The one I have needs to be worn an hour each time. It's a long drawn out process doing it everyday and not seeing much difference!

I’m a few days into Zoom gel & tray whitening and my teeth do seem a tiny bit whiter but nothing dramatic. I haven’t cut out tea and coffee during the treatment, though. Maybe that’s where I’m going wrong! Grin

I had the Boutique kit (£350),and could see a difference in less than 2 weeks; had to be left in overnight.
I used all the tubes in the kit ( I think it was 5).
That was about 3 months ago, and my teeth do look better than before, but not as white as when I first had the treatment.
I am going to get another tube or 2 from the dentist to re do before Xmas; it's £35 for another tube.

My teeth are quite yellow... hoping I get results. I have to wait until the dental attachments gorgeous my invisalign are removed and then I'll have my teeth polished and start whitening. An hour a day doesn't seem very long really, can you leave it on longer?
