Well it's taken me all of my adult life! I mean, I didn't dedicate myself to a lifelong quest or anything, but I'm still feeling quite pleased I've found the perfect (for me) bra.

Get so hacked off with the limited sizes though. So few bras go beyond a dd.

these from Yours are brilliant for larger sizes. They start at 38C and go up to 48G, I struggled for years to find bras that don't ride up on one side (only ever one side, I must be an odd shape). These do not budge. The straps don't fall down, they don't roll up, they're great, I just wish they did some slightly more exciting colours.
