Spots. Not acne just lots of little spots, raised bumps, clogged pores etc. Jaw line and neck particularly. I've also got very sensitive skin, eczema. I currently use Buffet, Hydrologic acid and magnesium ascorbic phosphate. They've helped calm my skin down and increase hydration. What else could I use to reduce my breakouts?

I was going to suggest the Ordinary BHA serum but if you are sensitive it may not suit you. Check out their website for advice.

The niacinimide is what you're after!

Niacinamide can be great but it seems to break a lot of people out - I think the 10% may be just too strong.

Try the Azelaic Acid. Good for evening texture, sorting out spots. My daughter uses it and it has been helping. But she has quite oily skin.

I used it on some spots and it tingles a bit the first time, but was fine the 2nd time! So I’d use just on the problem areas and try to avoid any eczema patches. You could also try the Rosehip oil. I really like it and it’s good for healing and you can mix a drop in with your moisturiser for ease of application.

I wouldn't use rosehip oil on active acne.

Niacimide and alpha butin is what I use on my skin, I have active acne and I find this combination really helps.
