Genuinely comfy shoes

I'm about to start a new job with a smarter dress code. I've previously got away with leggings / boots / tunics (I know, but I teach so it needs to be comfy / flexible)

I've found some nice skirts / trousers but as now struggling for shoes to go with them. If I don't want heels but need more structure than pumps, what do I wear?

My clothes are mostly navy so maybe navy / tan shoes? Seen any good ones?
