Style me for my friend's wedding!

I am 5'4', size 14/16, big boobs, do have a waist, bit of a belly. Am struggling to find a dress that suits me - everything seems to be sleeveless and depending on how they're cut my arms can look awful. And if they're too tight my belly looks awful. Any top tips on where to find a dress that might fit? At the moment I'm leaning towards wearing this ted baker blouse I already own with a pair of smart navy culottes and heels ... but am still hankering after a dress. Any thoughts?

I get the impression you would like a tunic dress. HOF has a sale on at the moment and there are loads of bargains. Using the top you posted as inspiration
