Spring/autumn jacket. what do you wear? inspiration needed.

my good old faux leather biker jacket of new look is giving up the ghost and I need a new jacket now that I put the winter coat away.

Just had a look online and in terms of jackets it seem to be either (still) the polyester leather lookalike biker jackets or denim jackets.

What is everybody else wearing? I just want a cool, stylish & versatile jacket. nothing smart but no bomber jacket either.

There are a few options, many of which I like in the shops right now.
I like to wear a light trench coat (loose fit as opposed to fitted/tailored), a nice mac on rainy days, cropped or full length frayed jackets, velvet blazer, short anorak.....
