Which Aveda Shampoo & Condioner to try? Shampure or Be Curly

I hsve a sensitive scalp & seem to react to silicones & sulphate.
I have naturally curly fine hair that is thin as I lost a lor of my hair after having my girls. I dry my hair straight & use irons. I like a light weight conditioner as anything heavy weighs it down. Which shampoo & conditioner would be best to try?

Shampure is a bit harsh if your hair isn't the thickest. Hairdresser reckoned that it was best for people who use a lot of product. However, I can't really make a useful suggestion as my hair is coarse, grey and curly. I do quite like Be Curly though. Perhaps look at some of the Klorane shampoos? The oatmeal is pleasantly mild, and at £7 per bottle, a bit less painful if you don't like it.

Thank you. I can get the Klorane here in Australia. I'm not sure if it's sulphate free though.

Shampure is really good for removing build-up and it better used only 1-2 times per week....
